Name That Music Video is more than just a great mobile music trivia game. It’s also a discovery tool for music, a place to be seen and be heard, and even a way to unlock and collect additional music content, like ringtones, for your phone!
How many artists and videos appear in the game?
Over 800 artists and 2500 videos are available in Name That Music Video! today with over 3000 questions, but every week we add more new artists and videos to keep it fresh.
How are my scores calculated and where are the leaderboards?
You are scored on how many questions (out of six) you get correct in each round AND how long it takes you to complete the round. The game keeps stats on how many questions you’ve answered correct in total, your average number of correct answers per game, and your wins in multiplayer. You can see your ranking against all other Name That Music Video! players in these categories.
How do I unlock and win ringtones?
You are elibible to receive up to two (2) free ringtones per month. All you need to do is complete a game of Name That Music Video! between the first and the 15th day of the month, or between the 16th and the end of the month, and you can download a free ringtone after completing the game!
How do I enter tournaments?
Just press Play on the Main Menu and then select Tournament. Each month there is a new tournament to enter. You’ll be ranked by your number correct and your time to complete the tournament versus all other players. You can only play each Tournament once. In addition, special Tournaments will be offered direct from the Main Menu throughout the year.
How do I find out more about the music I’ve seen in a session of play?
After completing a game you can select “About the Videos” to find out more about the videos you just saw.
How do I know if I’ve won the sweepstakes?
